I’m someone who finds comfort in simple moments and quiet spaces. I enjoy life away from the spotlight, where I can write, observe, and let my creativity breathe. My stories come from the world around me — the emotions, the misunderstandings, and the connections that make us human.
Personal Life
Living in China has shaped so much of who I am. I spend my days teaching, learning, and exploring a culture that constantly surprises me. I love experiencing new things, meeting new people, and seeing the world from different perspectives. Every day feels like another story waiting to be told.

Shanghai Recognition for Best Foreign Writer
I submitted a story to a foreign publication in Shanghai and received wonderful recognition for it. It was one of the first moments I felt seen as a foreign writer living abroad.
Beijing Memoir Honor 2025
My personal memoir about my life in China was shared with a writers’ group in Beijing. From that, I got praise and encouragement. That has pushed me to keep writing and growing.

One day, I hope to hold an international bestseller in my hands. I’m writing toward that dream every day.
